Wheelers have built up a reputation of having a superb choice for the home, trading from a 7,000 square feet store and stocking only leading brands.

Bruce is usually to be found at the store if you wish to discuss anything directly with him. Our History

In the 70’s Bruce Wheeler left school and embarked on a college course in Retail Management.  This led to a work placement and eventually a full-time job as Assistant Manager and subsequently, a Manager, with Sears Group.
 
By 1980, thanks to a sound background with such a prestigious retail group, Bruce branched out on his own and ‘Wheelers’ was opened, quickly establishing itself in a prominent position in the busy market town of Loughborough, selling the finest Bone China and Crystal from around the world, from influential ‘world class’ companies such as Royal Crown Derby, Waterford, Swarovski, Aynsley, Lladro, Royal Doulton, Worcester, Wedgwood etc., gaining their confidence through building an impeccable reputation to the point where Wheelers own designs and commissions were manufactured.  
 
The reputation of Wheelers was, and still is, built upon honourable trading practices, selling genuine products with good old-fashioned service.  As well as Bruce’s discerning taste and ability to acquire only the best quality products to sell onto his customers.
 
In 1988 the freehold of the building was bought and in addition the land at the rear of the Loughborough property was also purchased.  Wheelers then set about its expansion programme from  1,750sq ft shop and storage area to its current size of 7,000 Sq ft.  Incorporating  a new first floor sales area and second floor warehouse facility.

We intend to keep our standards high using the finest ingredients, with all orders being freshly prepared in our kitchen by our team of highly talented chefs and served on the finest china. Therefore please allow time for your order to come to your table.
