Free Delivery Offered on All UK Orders
Orders over £100 placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are sent by FedEx UK, for guaranteed delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. If you provide an email address, tracking information will be sent to you at the time of despatch.
Orders under £100 are sent by Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Tracked®. Delivery is usually made within seven working days after posting1.
Next-Working-Day Delivery
If you would like guaranteed delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) for an order under £100, we offer this service at the additional charge of £5, via either FedEx UK or Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day.
Saturday Delivery
If you would like guaranteed delivery before 1pm on Saturday2 for any order, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day with Guaranteed Saturday Delivery at the additional charge of £10 regardless of the value of the item(s) you are purchasing (excluding bank holidays). To guarantee a Saturday delivery you must place your order no later than Friday 3pm.
Failed Deliveries
Goods normally require a signature. If there is nobody to receive the goods, the carrier will leave a card. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange delivery. If the goods are returned to us you will incur a £10 charge plus a £5 redelivery charge. Redirected goods can also incur a £5 charge. Cancellation of an order following a failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
European Union
A flat rate of £25 per parcel is charged for FedEx International shipping, and takes approximately 3–5 working days. As an alternative, we offer shipping via Royal Mail Airsure®, which is charged at £15 per parcel and takes approximately 5–10 working days. In both cases, delivery estimates vary depending on your country, and prices apply to orders not exceeding two kilos. If your order is over two kilos we will telephone or email you to give you a new quote of the shipping charge.
Rest of the World
A flat rate of £30 per parcel is charged for FedEx International shipping, and takes approximately 5–7 working days. As an alternative, we offer shipping via Royal Mail Airsure®3, which is charged at £20 per parcel and takes approximately 10–14 working days. In both cases, delivery estimates vary depending on your country, and prices apply to orders not exceeding two kilos. If your order is over two kilos we will telephone or email you to give you a new quote of the shipping charge.
Worldwide Tax-Free Shipping
UK Value Added Tax (VAT, currently 20%) will be deducted at the point of sale for all countries outside the EU. However, as with all foreign imports, you are liable for any taxes and duties imposed by your local taxation authority (e.g. customs duty, exise duty and/or import VAT). It is important that you check these rates before ordering.
