United Kingdom

Free postage on all orders posted to a UK address. 

All orders over £100 sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured (guaranteed next day delivery) if ordered before 3pm.

All orders under £100 sent by Royal Mail Fully insured. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.

If you would like next day Special Delivery on an item under £100 an additional charge of £5 will be added to your bill for guaranteed next day delivery.

If you would like an item to arrive on Saturday this is available for an additional charge of £10 regardless of the value of the item you are purchasing.

EU

Or you can choose delivery using Royal Mail Airsure which is charged at £10 per parcel regardless of the size and weight, and fully insured. Delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days depending on the country we are sending to.

Rest of the World

A flat rate is charged at £30 per parcel regardless of size and weight. Fully insured sent using FEDEX delivery takes 2-3 working days.

We can also send using Royal Mail Airsure at £15 per parcel fully insured. Delivery using this service takes approximately 10-14 working days. This is a restricted service, only available when posting to certain countries. Please email which country of destination prior to ordering for clarification.

Failed Deliveries (UK only)

Goods normally require a signature. If there is no one to receive the Goods the carrier will leave a card. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange delivery. If the goods are returned to us you will incur a £10 charge plus a £4.95 redelivery charge. Redirected goods can also incur a £4.95 charge. Cancellation of an order following a failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

World Wide Tax Free Shipping

Value added tax (VAT) will be deducted at point of sale if applicable to the country of sending.
