Bollinger Brut NV Champagne
This golden Brut champagne by Bollinger has been cellar aged and incorporates a blend of harvest grapes and reserve wines - some of which have been aged for more than 15 years in magnums in Bollinger's cellars. The rich golden colour works beautifully with the fine bubbles and comes from the variety of black grapes used in production. The champagne is fresh on the palette and features hints of brioche, fresh walnuts and pears. The aromas are delicate and enticing and revolve those of ripened fruit blended with spices and roasted apples.
This beautiful Cuvée champagne pairs well with seafood, white meats and poultry.
