Fineliner pens are a joy to write with, with the sprung tip of the fineliner gliding over the paper. The liquid ink is safely stored in a stainless steel refill inside the pen housing, so no leaks or ink on your hands which a fountain pen can sometimes leave you with. Produced in a variety of finishes, such as lacquered metal and wood. In the Classic Collection, slow growth hardwoods are used, such as Ebony, Pernambuco and Granadilla. The fineliners in the Intuition Collection are made from glossy black resin. The Guilloche Collection is manufactured from carved dyed resin in coral, indigo, Sahara, and black, as well as several kinds of wood.

Fineliner pens are beautiful and easy to write with as the refill is filled with a liquid ink which flows freely through and over a tiny fibre sprung tip at the end of the refill, drying onto the paper as you write. Always remember to replace your Graf von Faber-Castell fineliner pen cap when not in use for long periods of time, as left off the liquid ink will dry out in your refill and diminish its life expectancy.
