Please note, as we’re continuing to get updates from the government this page will continue to be updated.

Being a family business we take the health and well being of our staff seriously as well as trying to keep the day to day running of the business operational. That being said, we are still going to provide every one of our customers with the best service during this difficult time.

The physical shop closed immediately after the Prime Ministers statement. Our online office team are working from home keeping the online store up to date and transactional. Our warehouse team and shop assistance staff have also been sent home for their safety and well being. The only team now responding to your emails and telephone calls will be me, my wife Jackie and son Josh. We are processing and sending out your orders daily. My son Josh and I are engraving and personalising your orders so this service is still running as normal.

Customer Service: We will continue to assist you with any questions you have regarding your order or any other queries you have via phone or email. Please don’t hesitate to phone us on 01509 266320, email us at [email protected] Between Monday-Friday 09:00 am - 5:00 pm we will be able to assist you. The shop is closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s with no staff to answer the phones or reply to email enquiries. We will respond once we are back into work on Monday.

e-Commerce: wheelersluxurygifts.com remains live and operating as normal. Your orders will be processed and delivered with ease.

Social Media: We will continue to operate our social media channels, please feel free to get in touch via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Linkedin.
