Wrapped in fur against the elements, Mulberry re-visits the secrets of the English boarding school: late night adventures, school photos and vivid imaginations! Inspiration was found in the wild and wonderful Where The Wild Things Are, the ethereal stylings of Tim Walker’s film The Lost Explorer and a mix-up of the world of Eskimos, Native American mysteries, wild prints and fur textures.

Colour flows through a palette of soft neutrals and rich strong accents, and new prints reflect the fantasy travels and mysterious textures of our inspirations. Scribbly Floral is a photographic floral print with super-bright pinks and reds, heavily overlaid by an intense schoolgirl scribble, barely revealing the floral aspect beneath. Blurry Bloom uses the un-layered floral; overexposed and treated to produce a washed away, ethereal textural print. Fuzzy Tiger, inspired by the creatures of travels real and imagined, uses classic tiger stripes rendered in thick biro hand drawn fur.
