Each season they bring out in their collection a picture bag and matching purse to compliment and embrace that chosen season. As we head into the cooler and crisper months (supposedly even with this heatwave in the UK) autumn will be upon us, Radley have designed a handbag and matching purse to embrace and celebrate the season of autumn time. This collection is called 'Dog of the Manor'.

Saying goodbye to summer and welcoming autumn and hopefully enjoy the subtle change in temperature. Many everywhere collect these picture bags and accessories so why not make a Radley lover smile with the bag of the season.

This Limited edition tote bag and purse embrace full aspects of the season autumn; shown through an illustration of two Radley Scottish terriers playing within the grounds of the manor within the gates. The two appliquéd black fur coat dogs are sat on the ivory coloured gravel, one of which is trimming the Scottish terrier dog topiary in the centre - of course everyone knows dogs can trim bushes. There are beautiful autumnal branches swooping in from each side with warm toned leaves attached and the hills and birds are in the background. Each Radley picture bag always features the appliqué technique mixed with screen printing on the leather creating a beautiful scene on the handbag. Ivory was chose for this collection as it is a neutral shade which will complement any outfit that the bag is paired with.

Here is a bold sense of texture, colour, playfulness and a passion for character which sums up autumn. Radley were able to to illustrate a Picture Bag that encapsulates the cool air that comes in autumn. Radley has always been a proud supporter of British talent hence teaming up with guest illustrators and designers to help in the process of these picture bags.

For the bag there are two sturdy top handles which feature as the basket handles as well as a detachable/adjustable cross-body strap giving you the option of how you style the handbag. The bag is lined with a beautiful grosgrain material complementing the exterior; there is a single zipped pocket as well as a spacious main compartment. The purse also embraces all the daily essential pockets and compartments including a massive twelve card slots, an ID slot, three zipped pockets and five slip pockets; giving you plenty of storage for all your loose coins, bank notes and credit cards embracing the colours from the exterior on the interior too. The purse has the same autumn Dog of the Manor design, it is large in size and features a flap over design held closed with the option of two popper studs. Both these are lovely on their own however would go great together paired with a autumn time wardrobe.
