Meet Montblanc's latest collection; Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days (AW80D). Carrying on the Meisterstück literary heritage, this special fountain pen brings to life the first part of the AW80D's journey, from London to Bombay via Italy and Egypt.
This classique fountain pen features a blue cap and barrel that have been crafted out of precious resin. The precious resin cap has been engraved with key elements of the journey: ocean waves, card suits and steamboat. The platinum-coated fittings each have their own individualities. The clip features a black ace of spades, a symbol of the wager set. The cap top and cone include laser-engraving which resembles the length of the journey. This classique Montblanc fountain pen features a 14 K rhodium-coated nib that has been engraved with a hot air balloon and the start and end dates of the journey (London 02.10 to Bombay 20.10).
This blue classique precious resin 145 fountain pen will be presented inside a bespoke Montblanc gift box that can be plaque engraved on the day of purchase. The platinum-coated clip can also be engraved for free of charge on the day of purchase.

There is a small selection of fonts that will contain different character designs, and you may not like or approve of some of them. For example, in one of the fonts - 'Victoria' - the letter 'V' looks similar to the letter 'D' because of the italic serif design. Once an item has been engraved we cannot refund or exchange it, because we will not be able to resell an engraved item.
