A train has been lasered onto the cap, and a safety chain pattern has been etched onto the cone, to signify the pivotal moment when Passpartout detaches the train from the locomotive to save the crew from an attack. The caps design also features various pressure valves and the smoke of the locomotive in action. The ruthenium coated clip features a red lacquered heart card suit, to reflect the union between Mr Fogg and Princess Aouda and as a symbol of the wager placed. The top of the cap features the time frame for the final part of the journey from Yokohama to London, and has been engraved with '36 Days'. The Montblanc Meisterstück LeGrand fountain pen is perfectly finished off with the detailing of the hand crafted 14k gold nib, it features the date of Mr Foggs departure from Yokohama 14\/11, along with the ambitious planned return date to London by 21\/12 to win his bet.
