Bollinger Champagne

Bollinger was established in 1829 in the Aÿ district in North Eastern France. Aÿ is famous for being the centre of production of Champagne and known for its Grand and Premier Crus. Bollinger is one of only a few family-owned champagne house and the brand currently enjoys many accolades including "Official Champagne of England Rugby" and "Royal Ascot's Champagne of Choice".

The company uses only high quality grapes in the production of their unique champagne including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from Premier and Grand Crus only. Every single champagne by Bollinger is aged in their cellars for at least twice the time required by appellation helping to mature and perfect the champagne.

Bollinger Champagne was chosen as the favourite champagne of fictional secret agent James Bond in the fourth Novel by Ian Flemming - Diamonds are Forever, and has remained as such ever since. Not only is it the favourite of Her Majesty's secret agent, Bollinger champagne has also been awarded Queen Elizabeth's Royal Warrant.
