Both the cap and barrel are crafted in dark blue lacquer and both feature a tapered shape. The trim of the pen is chrome-plated and consists of the cap rings and barrel tip, all of these stand out beautifully against the blue lacquer giving the pen a luxurious look. The medium-sized nib of the pen is also chrome plated to match the chrome trim and features subtle engraving marks.
