This extra virgin olive oil has been designed to showcase a variety of uncooked dishes and balance the flavour of tomatoes, vinegar and lemon juice. The olive trees used to make this complex olive oil are found on the Quinta de Vargellas port estate owned by Taylor's and the oil itself fresh and features a light piquant flavour.
Taylor's Late Bottled Vintage 2017 Half Bottle Port
This fruity Taylor's port has been aged for 5-6 years in oak casks before bottling. This ageing process means it can be consumed without the need for decanting first. The liquid is ruby red in colour and was designed as an alternative to vintage port. The port features intense flavours of red fruits including morello cherries, plums and blackberries.
