This beautiful Rosé champagne has been aged in the Bollinger cellars for twice the time required by the appellation. The pink coloured champagne features bronze tones and glistens in the light enticing you to drink it. The bubbles are fine and smooth on your palate and complemented perfectly by the flavour of wild berries. Red currant, strawberry and cherry are just some of the aromas of this wonderful champagne and just like the Special Cuvée there is a hint of spice.
This champagne pairs well with lobster and salmon as well as fruit based desserts.
