This delicate Special Cuvée champagne by Bollinger features a rich golden colour and fine bubbles that seem to sparkle in the light in your glass. The luxurious champagne has been cellar aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation and takes its colour from the blend of black grapes used in production. This delicate champagne is velvety on the palate and features hints of fresh pears, brioche and fresh walnuts. The champagne entices you with the aromas of roasted apples and ripened fruit with a hint of spice.
This beautiful Cuvée champagne pairs well with fish as well as parmesan and cured ham.
