This champagne has been cellar aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation and features a rich golden colour. The Brut champagne's colour originates from the black grape varieties used in production and reflects light beautifully when in your glass. The aromas are complex and feature ripened fruit with hints of spice and roasted apples. The bubbles feel like velvet on your palate and you can taste hints of pear and brioche, a flavour combination reminiscent of France.

This champagne pairs well with fish - especially sushi and also works well with poultry and other white meats.

This half size bottle is the ideal way to celebrate personal achievements or an anniversary with that special someone. The bottle features the same luxurious packaging as a full size bottle including a lovely Bollinger gift box.

This Brut champagne is best served between 10 and 12°C. The champagne can be served straight away or aged in your cellar.
