Description
The champagne features an amber-toned salmon pink colour that is rich and works beautifully with the constantly rising bubbles that feel like mousse on your palate. The scents of strawberry conserve and red currant preserves work well with the hints of candied citrus to entice you in and delight your senses. This delicious champagne shows great minerality on the palate with a soft and dry texture. The rich champagne is complex and features a combination of berry fruit flavours that are sure to leave you wanting more.
Only created in years when the Grands Crus grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reach maturity at the same time. During the Pinot Noir maceration, 20% Chardonnay is added. Only 7 vintages have been released since its launch in 1987.

- Tasting Notes: A complex nose with hints of wild strawberries and redcurrant jam, followed by notes of candied fruits. Elegant and refined, this wine shows great minerality. Its soft and dry texture leads to a long finish indicative of berry fruit with a strong presence of red fruit.
