This LAMY x NeoLab safari all black ncode smartpen works with the LAMY x NeoLab digital paper notebook and is able to capture all activity and writing digitally in the Neo Studio App which is connected through Bluetooth. When the writing instrument is online, everything is captured in realtime and visible on your device. However, you can also use it offline as every word, sketch or drawing is stored in the pen itself, so there is a digital copy of all your notes and ideas. The viewing window on the pen shows the charging status of the pen instead of the ink levels which are shown in the original LAMY safari pens. The pen has a USB port and a full charge using a Micro USB cable permits 11 hours of non-stop writing.

The matching cap has a black metal clip on the side which is ideal for clipping into pen cases; this cap can also be placed on the end of the pen when you are writing.
