This twenty year old Tawny Port by Fonseca features a deep amber colour with russet highlights that glisten in the light. The port is lighter in colour than normal tawny port as it consists of aged vintage ports that have been in an oak cask rather than glass bottles. This beautiful port by Fonseca has been made in the Douro Valley in Portugal. The aged port features a complex bouquet of mature fruit with warm spicy overtones and a butterscotch finish. There is a baked richness to this port and it features subtle oak flavours.

This fruity Fonseca port pairs perfectly with figs, caramel and almonds.
