Designed by LAMY as part of the AL-Star collection embracing a graphite colour. The fountain pen barrel is made from metallic coloured grey aluminium which embraces two straight edge sides with the LAMY brand name engraved on the end for subtle branding purposes. The cap is made from the same grey aluminium which clicks over the pen to cover the nib; on the side of the cap is a silver metal clip to secure into pen cases. The fountain pen nib is made from silver toned steel featuring the LAMY brand name engraved into it. The grip of the pen is transparent grey plastic with a black plastic cone surrounding the nib of the pen. There is a twist mechanism near the cone of the pen which unscrews so you can change the refill. This fountain pen is under two year warranty.
