Montblanc have created a wonderful John F. Kennedy Special Edition fountain pen, with symbolic and design references to his life and career. The precious blue resin over the body of the fountain pen represents the time he served in the U.S. Navy. The famous Ivy League style 'JFK' has been engraved boldly on the platinum plated clip of the cap, and the three rings on the cap of the pen make reference to his three brothers. Interestingly, the Apollo space programme is referenced on the nib: an elegant engraving of the lunar module which landed on the moon in 1969. To complete the design the Montblanc Special Edition of the J.F.K. fountain pen features the Montblanc emblem in precious resin.
