In 2021, Montblanc's Great Character is a true visionary - Enzo Ferrari. E. Ferrari was both a motor racing driver and entrepreneur. Enzo was the iconic idea behind the legendary Scuderia Ferrari and established a global automotive empire whose name has become synonymous with superb quality and a passion for speed.
This special edition fountain pen has been crafted out of premium precious resin. The vibrant red colour represents the beginning of Enzo Ferrari's love for motor racing. We all know red is Ferrari's signature colour, starting with the "Rosso 70 Anni", which is the specially made colour for the Scuderia Ferrari. This fountain pen features a matching red precious resin cap that has been crowned with Montblanc's iconic emblem. Embedded in a metal grid on a yellow surface, this Montblanc emblem pays homage to Ferrari's birth town Modena. The red precious resin cap features a prancing horse, the renowned Ferrari emblem. The platinum-coated clip has been engraved with a famous quote from Enzo Ferrari: “You cannot describe passion, you can only live it.” The nib has been crafted out of rhodium-coated solid gold and has been engraved with the image of a “Ferrari 250 GTO” steering wheel and one of Enzo´s nicknames - "Pilota".
